1/21/13 First experience at the beach. You loved it and were so content there.
1/25/13 First solid food. You did great. We weren't surprised!
This month you've started really getting into feeling things and noticing new textures. You scratch everything!
When you fall asleep in my arms, I can never put you down. Even if it's in the middle of the night, I love feeling your warmth and watching your sweet, relaxed face. I wonder what you're dreaming about. I love listening to your soft breaths. Your hair is always so soft. I wonder who you're going to be when you grow up. Someday, you won't want me to hold you while you sleep, so I take advantage of every minute I can. Please, please, don't grow up too fast.
We rang in the new year with Drake in bed (for the moment), buffalo chicken strips, and Ryan Seacrest. Oh yeah, and we did it all with NYC at 10pm our time so we could go to bed before Drake woke up at any moment...
Growing boy!
We got Drizz this bouncer just after the new year. It was the least obnoxious looking one we could find. The little guy sure loves it though!
Loved watching the Seahawks do well this season. Drake is a fan.
Someone sits up now!

He even got his wings and a certificate from the flight attendants. They were so sweet.

And that pic of b and d looking at each other on sofa is so sweet and emotional. Little buddies for life. :)
